EU Right of Withdrawal
Additional Information for Customers in the European Union
The following terms apply only to orders shipped to member countries of the European Union ("EU"). These terms supplement our standard store policies and are intended to comply with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Returning Your Order
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you will receive instructions for returning your order.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law:
- The customer is responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs.
- Customers should retain proof of shipment until the return has been received and processed.
- Returned items should be shipped using a tracked and insured shipping service appropriate for the value of the shipment.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
Original Packaging
We strongly recommend retaining all original packaging, including the shipping carton, foam inserts, and protective materials, until the withdrawal period has expired.
The original packaging has been selected specifically to protect fragile crystal singing bowls during international transportation. Returning products in alternate packaging may significantly increase the risk of shipping damage.
Condition of Returned Items
Customers may inspect and handle products only to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, similar to what would be permitted in a physical retail store.
If a returned item has diminished in value because it has been handled beyond what is necessary for inspection, any refund may be reduced to reflect the actual loss in value, as permitted by applicable law.
Examples may include, but are not limited to:
- Chips, cracks, scratches, or other physical damage
- Damage caused during return shipping due to inadequate packaging
- Excessive wear or use beyond reasonable inspection
- Missing components or accessories originally included with the product
Each returned item will be individually inspected upon receipt.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item (or receive satisfactory proof that it has been shipped, where applicable), we will process any refund required under applicable law.
Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

- Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

Shipping Damage During Return

Personalized or Custom Products
Products that are custom-made, personalized, or manufactured to a customer's specific requirements may not be eligible for withdrawal rights where an applicable legal exemption applies.
If such an exemption applies, it will be disclosed before your purchase is completed.
